I have developed a broad skillset over the past 15 years enhancing and building on my creative contributions to businesses and non-profit organizations. Described as compassionate and purpose-driven, I have successfully incorporated this skillset into my work as both an employee and an entrepreneur.

I have always sought to support efforts focused on environmental equity, quality of life, and community engagement. My professional career spans across departments, organizations and small businesses. As a creative, I have used my visual design skills to develop over 100 websites and presentations with 97% client satisfaction. 

I created c j pepper to provide purpose-driven visual communications as a service with purpose, service that matters and service with positive impact.
